Every definition here is about reading published records, nothing more. Nothing on this page teaches betting, and betting on these games is illegal in most of India. This site does not take bets, sell numbers or give tips.
Satta King glossary of chart terms
A Satta King chart is simply a table of past results. The terms below name the main kinds of chart you will find. For a step-by-step walk-through with examples, see how to read a Satta King chart.
Record chart
A record chart (रिकॉर्ड चार्ट), also called a satta chart, is a table of past results arranged by date. It can cover one game or many games. A record chart is a history of what was declared. It cannot tell you what will come next, and our guide on why charts cannot predict results explains why.
Yearly chart
A yearly chart shows one game for one full year. Each row is a date from 1 to 31, and each column is a month. On this site each year is split into two tables, January to June and July to December, so it fits a phone screen. The Desawar record chart 2025 is one example.
Mix chart
A mix chart (monthly chart) shows many games together for a single month. Each row is a date and each column belongs to one game. It is useful when you want to see many results for the same day in one place. Open the latest monthly mix chart to see one.
Jodi
Jodi (जोड़ी) is the Hindi word for "pair". On a chart it is the two-digit number, anywhere between 00 and 99, that a game declared on a given date. Each filled box in a record chart holds one jodi. The word "jodi chart" just means a chart of these two-digit results.
Result terms: what XX, WAIT and -- mean in a satta chart
In short, two digits are a declared result, XX means no result that day, -- means no data yet, and WAIT means the result is due but not in. Here is each term in detail.

Declared result
A declared result is the two-digit number a game puts out once its daily result time arrives. It is filed under the date it came out, even for games that run past midnight. Results on this site update every minute, and records are re-checked every night for corrections.
XX
XX means no result was declared for that game on that date. The chart only records that nothing was declared, not the reason. XX is not a number and does not stand for any digit. It only marks a gap in the record.
WAIT
WAIT appears on the live board on the current day. It means the usual result time has passed, or is due, but the number has not come in yet. Once the result arrives, WAIT is replaced by the two digits. If no result comes that day, the date is later marked XX.
-- (dash)
A double dash means there is no data for that cell yet. You will see it on dates that have not happened, or on today's date before the result is declared. It is different from XX, which means the day passed with no result.
Result time
The result time is the fixed time each day when a game usually declares its result. For example, Desawar is declared around 05:15 AM and Gali around 11:55 PM. The full list is in the Satta King result time table.
IST
IST stands for Indian Standard Time, which is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of UTC. Every time shown on this site is in IST. If you are outside India, convert from IST to your local time.
Old result
An old result (purana result) is any result from a past date. Yesterday's numbers are on the yesterday's results page, and older ones are in the old Satta King charts archive, which goes back to 2021.

Satta King
Satta King is a common name for a family of daily two-digit number games from Delhi-NCR, such as Gali, Desawar, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Each game declares one result a day. In news reports, "satta king" is also used for a person accused of running a betting racket.
Satta Matka
Satta Matka is a different, older numbers game. According to India Today, it started in Bombay (now Mumbai) in the 1950s, when people bet on the daily opening and closing cotton prices that reached the city from New York. Gali
Gali (गली) is one of the long-running games on Satta King charts. It is declared late at night. In Hindi the word simply means a lane or alley; there is no reliable record of why the game has this name. You can see its results in the Gali record chart.
Desawar (Disawar)
Desawar, also spelled Disawar or Dishawar (दिसावर), is the other long-running game on most charts. Its result comes out early in the morning, before most other games. The Hindi-Urdu word disawar means a foreign country or market. Read more in Gali and Desawar meaning.
Delhi-NCR games
Delhi-NCR games are the Satta King games named after places in and around Delhi, such as Faridabad (Faridabaad), Ghaziabad (Gaziabad) and Delhi Bazar. All of them appear together in the Satta King chart 2026.
Warning terms: khaiwal and leak/fix number
Both of these words are warning signs. A khaiwal is a betting agent, and a "leak" or "fix" number is a scam, so it helps to recognise them and stay away.
Khaiwal
A khaiwal (खाईवाल) is a person who collects bets as an agent. Betting of this kind is illegal in most of India, and police have booked such agents under state gambling laws, according to news reports. This site is not a khaiwal, and our results, charts and guides are independent of any khaiwal. Boxes marked "Sponsored" are third-party ads; we do not check or endorse them. Leak/fix number
A "leak" or "fix" number is a number someone claims to know before the result is declared. It is usually sold for a fee over WhatsApp, Telegram or phone calls. It is a scam, because a result does not exist until the game declares it. If you have paid such a seller and been cheated, you can report it on the cyber crime helpline 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
